Need a Chapter Checking Account

One of the steps required by the bank in opening a chapter checking account is to have an Employer Identification Number through the IRS for the chapter. To get an Employer Identification Number through the IRS for the chapter, you will need to complete and submit an IRS SS-4 Form.
There are two ways in which to get the form and complete it; 1) apply online through the IRS' website; or, 2) print out the form, complete it and mail it to the IRS.
